Some of the outside parking is not always attended and will require quarters to get into the parking area. Bring LOTS of QUARTERS! Also, please consider parking at a DART rail station and using the trains to get to Union Station. You can't park overnight, but you will have transporation to/from meals and won't have to park your vehicle downtown.

HOTEL VALET PARKING

Valet Parking is available at the hotel's entrance. There is no discount for having a hotel room, but hotel guests get in and out privileges.

  • Overnight Valet: $18.00
  • Daily:
    • 0-3 Hours: $10.00
    • 3-6 Hours: $14.00
    • 6-24 Hours: $18.00
  • Antares Parking with validation: $3.00 (If you eat at the Reunion Tower restaurant, you can get your valet ticket validated)

REUNION ARENA PARKING - LOT B (Outdoor - South Across the Street)

This is the recommend parking area. It's inexpensive and close. Entrance is at the intersection of Sports Street and Reunion Boulevard with a public plaza directly across from the Hotel's Motor Lobby. Managed by Central Parking Systems. No in/out privileges allowed.

  • Non-Event: $3.00 (Automated Machine Payable with 12 Quarters ONLY)
  • During Arena Events: $10.00 (This shouldn't apply since there are no events listed on their web site)
  • No in/out privileges. Guests pay each time upon departure.

ANNEX PARKING "Radish Lot" (Outdoor - North Across the Street)

Annex Parking is conveniently located on the north end of the hotel at the intersecion of Hotel Street and Reunion Boulevard West.

  • Maximum: $8.00 per day (no in/out privileges)

UNION STATION PARKING (Outdoor - East of Hotel via Union Station Tunnel)

Union Station Parking is connected to the Hyatt Regency Dallas by underground concourse. This service is prOvided by Central Parking Systems.

  • Maximum: $8.00 per day (no in/out privileges. Guests must pay each time upon departure.)

LOT H PARKING (Across from Union Station/Outdoor - South East of Hotel via Union Station Tunnel)

  • Non-Event Day: $2.00
  • Event Day: $8.00
  • No in/out privileges. Guests must pay each time upon departure.

Full Memberships:

Valid from date of purchase through Dec 31st 2007

  • $15 - Child (8-12) Membership
  • $30 - If postmarked by July 31st
  • $35 - If postmarked by Mon Aug 13th or paid online by credit card by Fri Aug 24th
  • $40 - Purchased at the door

Single Day Memberships:

Valid for one day only, only available at the door.

  • $25 - Friday Only
  • $25 - Saturday Only
  • $25 - Sunday Only
  • $15 - Monday Only

Admission is only available to AnimeFest members. Memberships are available at the door, but are priced higher than if purchased prior to the convention. Memberships purchased now are valid though December 31st, 2007 and include admission to AnimeFest 2007. Additionally the member may also be entitled to attend other AnimeFest sponsored events for free or at a nominal charge (although these other events are rare).

Due to information privacy laws, children 12 and under may not register online or by mail. However:
  • Children 7 years old and younger may not actually join the club, however they are admitted free to club functions when accompanied by an adult member.
  • Children ages 8-12 may join the club, but may only register at club events. Children's memberships are available for only $15. In addition, a parent or verifiable legal guardian must be present to give consent to join the club.
  • All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all club functions. Therefore, the adult guardian must also be a member in order to accompany the minor to most convention functions. [more info...]

However, guests and staff members are subject to illness and unforeseen circumstances and sometimes things don't go as planned.
