Advertising and Sponsorship Information
Opportunities are still available.
PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISING
As of August 9th, the program book has gone to press. Therefore, program
book advertisements can no longer be accepted.
If you are looking for a great opportunity to reach over 3000 anime fans all at one time,
advertising in the AnimeFest program book is the way to go. These books are collector’s
items with our annual FanFic contest winners inside, manga contest winners, informative anime
reviews, guest info, and as of this year our manga contest winners. Your ad will be seen over
and over again as members look up convention and local information over the weekend and for
years to come.
- Advertising Rates:
- Full page (4"x7") - $100
- Half page (4"x3.5")- $ 50
- Accepted Formats:
- Adobe Illustrator
- MS Publisher
- JPG, BMP - minimum 300 dpi, 600 dpi is preferred
- Ads will need to be received no later than July 15, 2005.
REGISTRATION GIFT BAG FILLER
AnimeFest registration gift bags are a great way to promote your company with flyers,
buttons, stickers, collectible cards, posters, comics, catalogs and samples. Every member
will receive a gift bag so a minimum of 3500 of each item will be required to cover everyone.
SPONSORS (with space in the Dealers Room)
An incredible anime marketplace featuring merchandise from all
over the country. This is your opportunity to buy anime merchandise
that you would otherwise have to take a chance on ordering by mail
or online. A trip to our dealer room often uncovers products you
didn't even know were available.

All Dealer Sponsors:
All Sponsor booths must abide by the same rules and regulations as an Exhibitor booth.

Both a Sponsor form and an Exhibitor form must be sent in.

Legal Jargon
Placement / Refusal of Promotional Materials:
AnimeFest reserves the right to determine the placement of all advertising and sponsorship
materials. We also reserve the right to refuse applications for sponsorship and/or placement
of advertising for any reason. You will be notified and your fee will be refunded should your
ad or sponsorship be refused.
Other Information, Terms, Conditions:
- All advertising space must be reserved by July 1, 2005.
- All artwork and full payment must be received by July 20, 2005.
If payment is not received in full the ad will not run.
- Advertisements may be slightly altered for size requirements. If this is necessary, we
will attempt to maintain the original look and layout of the advertisement.
- AnimeFest is not responsible for any lost or damaged media supplied - film, digital, or
otherwise.

Member Registration Information

Membership Prices
Full Memberships:
Valid from date of purchase through Dec 31st 2007
- $15 - Child (8-12) Membership
- $30 - If postmarked by July 31st
- $35 - If postmarked by Mon Aug 13th or paid online by credit card by
Fri Aug 24th
- $40 - Purchased at the door
Single Day Memberships:
Valid for one day only, only available at the door.
- $25 - Friday Only
- $25 - Saturday Only
- $25 - Sunday Only
- $15 - Monday Only
Register OnLine Today!
Admission is only available to AnimeFest members. Memberships are
available at the door, but are priced higher than if purchased prior to
the convention. Memberships purchased now are valid though December 31st,
2007 and include admission to AnimeFest 2007. Additionally
the member may also be entitled to attend other AnimeFest sponsored events for
free or at a nominal charge (although these other events are rare).
Due to information privacy laws, children 12 and under may not
register online or by mail. However:
- Children 7 years old and younger may not actually join the club,
however they are admitted free to club functions when accompanied by an
adult member.
- Children ages 8-12 may join the club, but may only register at club
events. Children's memberships are available for only $15. In
addition, a parent or verifiable legal guardian must be present to give
consent to join the club.
- All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
at all club functions. Therefore, the adult guardian must also be a
member in order to accompany the minor to most convention functions.

All guests and activities are subject to change. We make every
reasonable effort to assure that all activities and guest appearances occur
as advertised. However, guests and staff members are subject to illness and
unforeseen circumstances and sometimes things don't go as planned. We
sincerely apologize if we must change any advertised information before or
