Directions To The Hotel

(I-35) S. or Hwy 183 W. from the DALLAS/FORT WORTH AIRPORT

Take International Parkway South (South Exit). Follow signs to Hwy 183 East. Hwy 183 will merge with 35E south (To Waco). Continue on 35E in the center lane to avoid exiting to I-45 north. After Passing the exit overpass to I-45 north/Woodall Rodgers Frwy look for the exit to Reunion Blvd/Commerce Street and exit to the right. At the bottom of the exit ramp immediately look for the Reunion Blvd directional sign. Then take a right to Reunion Blvd. At stop sign turn left onto Reunion Blvd. Follow Reunion Blvd to the right to Hotel Drive. Take a left on Hotel Drive to the front entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

(I-35E) N from the South (WACO)

Follow I-35E North. As you approach downtown, stay in the left lane continuing the Reunion Blvd exit. Exit right to Reunion Blvd and at the stop sign take a right and follow Reunion Blvd to the light. At the light take a left on Hotel Drive to fromt entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

(I-30) East from the West (FORT WORTH)

Follow I-30 East. As you approach downtown, stay in the right lane, take Industrial Blvd exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Industrial Blvd. At the first light take a right onto Reunion Blvd. Follow Reunion Blvd to the right and at the light turn left onto Hotel Drive to the front entrance of the Hyatt Regeny Dallas.

(I-30) West from Texarkana, Garland, Mesquite or East Dallas

Follow I-30 West. As you approach downtown, stay in the left lane (exit merges with 35E north). Immediately after merging with 35E North, exit to the left at the Reunion Blvd exit. At the stop sign take a right and follow Reunion Blvd to the right to the light. At the light take a left onto Hotel Drive to the front entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

(I-45) North from Houston

Follow I-45 north as you approach downtown stay in the left lane and merge onto I-30 West to Fort Worth. After merging with I-30 west enter into left lane and merge onto I-35E north. Exit to the left at the Reunion Blvd exit. At the stop sign take a right; follow Reunion Blvd to the right to the light. At the light take a left onto Hotel Drive to front entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

North Dallas Tollway South From Plano and far North Dallas

Follow the Dallas Tollway South. After going through the last Toll Plaza move to right lane to exit to I-35E south to Waco. Exit to I-35E south and immediately merge to the middle lane to avoid exiting to I-45 north. After passing exit overpass to I-45 north/Woodall Rodgers Frwy. Look for the exit to Reunion Blvd/Commerce Street then exit to the right. At the bottom of the exit ramp immediately look for the Reunion Blvd directional sign. Then take a right to Reunion Blvd. At stop sign turn left onto Reunion Blvd. Follow Reunion Blvd to the right to Hotel Drive. Take a left on Hotel Drive to the front entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

I-75/Central Expressway South from North Dallas, Richardson, Sherman and etc.

Follow I-75 south. As you approach downtown follow sign and merge to the right to I-35E south to Waco. Exit onto I-35E south to the Reunion Blvd/Commerce Street Exit then exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp immediately look for the Reunion Blvd directional sign at the right. Then take a right to Reunion Blvd. At stop sign turn left onto Reunion Blvd. Follow Reunion Blvd to the right to Hotel Drive. Take a left on Hotel Drive to the front entrance of the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Admission is only available to AnimeFest members. Memberships are available at the door, but are priced higher than if purchased prior to the convention. Memberships purchased now are valid though December 31st, 2012 and include admission to the annual convention over Labor Day weekend. Additionally the member may also be entitled to attend other AnimeFest sponsored events for free or at a nominal charge (although these other events are rare).

Due to information privacy laws, children 12 and under may not register online or by mail. However:

Children 7 years old and younger may not actually join the organization, however they are admitted free to organization functions when accompanied by an adult member.
Children ages 8-12 may join the organization, but may only register at organization events. Children's memberships are available for only $15. In addition, a parent or verifiable legal guardian must be present to give consent to join the organization.
All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all organization functions. Therefore, the adult guardian must also be a member in order to accompany the minor to most convention functions. [more info...]

All guests and activities are subject to change. We make every reasonable effort to assure that all activities and guest appearances occur as advertised. However, guests and staff members are subject to illness and unforeseen circumstances and sometimes things don't go as planned.
