These rules apply to all convention areas and all AnimeFest 2011 members. There may be minor exceptions for CosPlay or CosPlay Runway, but you must have CosPlay committee approval.

1. Shoes or foot cover that covers the soles must be worn
2. No leashes
3. All breasts (male and female) must be covered at all times
• Cleavage IS allowed
• Midriffs ARE allowed
4. Pelvic area must be well covered – front and back
• No cracks real or implied
• Underwear must be worn at all times
5. Tights (preferably opaque) or dance pants are an acceptable solution for thong type costumes
6. Skirts need to cover the rear even when bending

AnimeFest or the Hotel may decide whether an outfit or item covered by this policy is permitted or not permitted at AnimeFest or in the Hotel and such determination is at the discretion of AnimeFest or the Hotel. Above and beyond this policy, any mode of dress or action that would be considered indecent exposure will be immediately turned over to the police.
