After 20+ years in the industry, American voice actor Aaron Dismuke has decided this anime thing might just work out. He was 9 when he booked his first-ever role in Fruits Basket, 11 when he was cast as Alphonse Elric in the legendary Fullmetal Alchemist series, and a nervous 26 when—fifteen years later—he booked the life changing roles of Tamaki Amajiki in My Hero Academia and Senku Ishigami in Dr. Stone. Dismuke has since become known for voicing Oscar Pine in RWBY, Chigiri in BlueLock, Shirogane in Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Lucifer in Devil is a Part-Timer, and Gen Narumi in Kaiju No. 8. He’s worked as an Assistant ADR Director on the likes of Fairy Tail, Solo Leveling, Attack on Titan, and Hell’s Paradise, and he’s adapted scripts for the dubs of Attack on Titan, Fire Force, and Tokyo Ghoul.
