Homemade Zines
Workshop ART
Ever want to make a small comic, photo collection, fanfic collection, or any other book like object, but don't have the funds (or successful Kickstarter) to pay a print-shop to make it?

Then this workshop is for you!
We'll go over the ins and outs of making you own Zines/Comics at homes. For the first part of the workshop, I'll give out some layout tricks and tips, plus paper and ink system suggestions, so everyone can learn without the costly trial and error I want through.

The second half will be devoted to going over and how to make a mini zine from a single piece of paper and then making our own. There will also be examples from both American and Japanese artist on hand for inspiration.

Long time artist, with a special place in my heart for watercolor. I have beennworking AA's since 2009, but animefest is often my "relax and have fun" con. I just recently got into cosplaying, which is especially fun with my toddler.

I've been putting out a webcomic called State of Disunion since 2014, as well as other projects. Current Fandoms are Hetalia, Team Cap (Marvel), Supernatural, and many Sci-Fi shows.
