We have reached our 200 applicants limit, and Bazaar application is now CLOSED


1. The 2018 AnimeFest Bazaar Application Form will open on February 21, 2018 at 9:00 PM CST and will remain open for 14 days or until we receive 200 applications. During the application window, you must request approval and acknowledge our rules by reading the Bazaar Application Form, initialing all sections where applicable, filling out and electronically signing the request form (last page).

2. Once Bizarre Bazaar Management has received your completed Bazaar application form, we will review your application (all application review will be completed by March 14, 2018) and checked for availability. If approved, you will be emailed a link to Bizarre Bazaar Registration form. Once received, you will have 14 days to fill it out, electronically signing and submit the registration form. If not completed within 14 days, you will forfeit your booth registration. After receiving the completed registration, a Bazaar staff member will invoice your booth along with any requested extra badges.

3. Once invoiced you will have 14 day from date of invoice to pay in full for booth. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of your booth.

You must be 18 years or older to register. If you are a minor (13-17 years old), your parent or legal guardian will need to register for you.

AnimeFest reserves the right to decline a booth request.
